01Is there a free plan?+
No. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with PRO features, and you do not need a credit card to start it. After the trial, plans start at $5 a month billed yearly.
02What happens when the trial ends?+
If you have not picked a plan, the workspace pauses. Your codes show a neutral "temporarily unavailable" page and KuikPages and sites go offline, but nothing is deleted for 60 days. Choose a plan in that window and everything turns back on, printed codes included.
03Are scans limited?+
No. Every plan redirects every scan, however many there are. Plans differ in how many KuikCodes you keep, how much scan history you see and which features unlock.
04Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Settings, with no lock-in. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace pauses and is kept for 60 days.
05Do you offer discounts?+
Yearly billing saves up to 26% against paying monthly. Founding workspaces (beta workspaces that built a KuikCode or a KuikPage) also get 20% off any plan for life, applied automatically at checkout.
06What is Enterprise?+
A plan shaped around a larger rollout: custom code and page volumes, more seats and workspaces, your own scan domains and white-label scan pages. SSO, SOC 2 and a priority SLA are coming soon. Email business@kuikcode.com for a quote.

Nothing. During beta every feature is unlocked, nothing pauses and nothing is charged. The plans on this page apply once billing starts, and we will email every account well before that.
