Apps for the tools you use
Sign in once with your KuikCode account, pick the workspace, and the app does the rest. No keys to copy.
Zapier
Send scans and KuikPage form leads to thousands of apps, and create or repoint KuikCodes from a sheet, a store or a CRM.
Canva
A panel inside the Canva editor that adds a designed, dynamic KuikCode to your design and saves it to your workspace.
AI assistants (MCP server)
Create designed codes, repoint printed ones and read scans by asking Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code.
Scan data in your analytics and ad accounts
Every scan can reach the reports and audiences your marketing team already works from.
Google Analytics 4 and Meta
Each scan sent from our servers as a qr_scan event to GA4 and a QRScan event to Meta, with no tag on your page.
Retargeting pixels
Fire your Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag in the scanner's browser, so people who scanned your print can see your ads next.
Through Zapier
Popular destinations for scans and leads, built as Zaps with the KuikCode app for Zapier.
Google Sheets
A row for every scan or form lead, with the code name, city, country and device, or a new KuikCode for every new row.
HubSpot
KuikPage form leads become HubSpot contacts, with the Name and Email answers mapped to contact fields.
Slack
A message in your team channel for each scan of a campaign, like "Spring menu scanned in London, United Kingdom".
Build your own
For developers and automation tools: signed events out, a documented API in.
REST API
Create designed codes, change destinations, read scans and form leads, and manage folders from your own software.
Scan webhooks
A signed JSON POST to your endpoint on every scan of a code, within a second, retried when your server is down.
Form submissions to your CRM
Every KuikPage form submission sent on via Zapier or webhooks, with the answers keyed by your field labels.
Make and n8n
Use webhooks as triggers and the REST API as actions in their generic webhook and HTTP steps. A native Make app is planned.
Photo sync
For the guest uploads block on a KuikPage, where guests add their photos from a scan.

Questions, answered
01Which plan do I need for KuikCode integrations?+
It depends on the integration. The Canva app is included from Core. The Zapier app, the REST API, Google Analytics 4 and Meta forwarding and Google Drive photo sync are included from PRO. The MCP server, scan webhooks and retargeting pixels are included with Business. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial.
02Can I send QR code scans to HubSpot, Google Sheets or Slack?+
Yes, through the KuikCode app for Zapier. The New Scan and New Form Submission triggers feed any Zapier action, such as a new row in Google Sheets, a HubSpot contact or a Slack message. The app is in Zapier's directory review, and we will announce it the moment it is live.
03Is there a direct HubSpot integration?+
Not yet. Leads reach HubSpot through the Zapier app, through a form webhook into an automation tool such as Make, or through HubSpot's own webhook triggered workflows.
04How do scans get into Google Analytics 4?+
Connect your GA4 property once in Settings, Integrations, with its Measurement ID and a Measurement Protocol API secret, then switch it on per code. Each scan is sent from KuikCode's servers as a qr_scan event, so no tag runs on the scanner's phone.
05Can I build my own integration?+
Yes. The REST API creates codes, changes destinations, reads scans and form leads and manages folders and webhooks, with API keys from Settings, Developers. Scan webhooks send a signed JSON event to your endpoint on every scan. The Zapier app, the Canva app and the MCP server all run on the same API.
