What the Zapier app does
Your codes collect scans from every flyer and sign, and your KuikPages collect leads. The KuikCode app for Zapier sends both where your team works: a sheet, a CRM, a chat channel. It also works the other way round, so a new product in your store or a new row in a sheet can get its own KuikCode, with the PNG saved wherever the next step puts it.
You sign in once with your KuikCode account and choose the workspace Zapier may use. There are no keys to copy and no webhooks to set up.

A scan carries the code's name and id, the city, region and country, the device, operating system and browser, where the scan was sent and a visitor id that repeats when the same device scans again. A form submission carries the page name and the answers keyed by your field labels.

Swap the trigger for New Form Submission to log event sign ups or raffle entries. Or run it the other way: a new row creates a KuikCode with Find or Create, and the PNG goes to Google Drive.

Answers arrive keyed by your form's field labels, so they map straight to contact fields. The same Zap works for Salesforce or any CRM Zapier connects to.

Each scan arrives with a ready summary such as "Spring menu scanned in London, United Kingdom", so the message needs no formatting.

Connecting your workspace
- 1Pick KuikCode in a Zap
Choose KuikCode as the app, then a trigger or an action.
- 2Sign in and allow
Pick the workspace, review what Zapier may do and click Allow. The workspace needs PRO or higher.
- 3Build the Zap
The connection is named after your workspace, and every Zap built with it acts there.
Every Zapier connection is listed under Settings, Integrations with a Zapier label. Disconnect ends Zapier's access on its next request; codes Zapier created stay. The full setup is in the Zapier app docs.
What Zapier can and cannot do
Zapier can read your codes, folders, templates, KuikPages, scans and form submissions, create codes, and change a code's destination or folder. It cannot delete or archive codes, change their design, name or tags, set webhooks or access codes, or touch billing. The limit is enforced by KuikCode on every request, not only shown on the consent screen.
Codes created from Zapier count against your plan like any other. The app runs on the same REST API as every KuikCode integration, for teams that want to build their own.
Plan
The KuikCode app for Zapier is included from the PRO plan. Only workspace owners and admins can connect it. See every plan on the pricing page and every other connection on the integrations page.

01Is the KuikCode app for Zapier available now?+
Not yet. Zapier is reviewing the app for its directory. Once it is approved you will find KuikCode in Zapier's app search, and we will announce it the moment it is live.
02Which KuikCode plan includes the Zapier app?+
The PRO plan and up. Only workspace owners and admins can connect Zapier.
03Can I send QR code scans to Google Sheets?+
Yes. Use the New Scan trigger and a Google Sheets action to add a row for each scan, with the code name, city, country, device and where the scan was sent.
04How fast do scans reach my Zap?+
Zapier checks for new scans, form submissions and codes on its own schedule, from every minute to every 15 minutes depending on your Zapier plan. Each item reaches your Zap once. For every scan the moment it happens, send a scan webhook (Business plan) to a Catch Hook trigger instead.
05Can Zapier delete or redesign my codes?+
No. Zapier can read your codes, folders, templates, KuikPages, scans and form submissions, create codes, and change a code's destination or folder. It cannot delete or archive codes, change their design, name or tags, set webhooks or access codes, or touch billing. KuikCode enforces that limit on every request.
06Do codes created from Zapier count against my plan?+
Yes, like any other code. They show in the dashboard, where you can change their design, set smart rules or download other formats.
