Codes for a whole event?

KuikCode creates the codes for your badges: one per attendee from a spreadsheet, every artwork in a ZIP to place on your badge design. Change any of them after printing and count every scan.

How it works

How to make an event badge

  1. 1

    Add the details

The event, the name, a role or company, and the link the code opens: a website, a LinkedIn profile or a KuikPage.

  2. 2

    Pick a look

Five two tone looks, each with its own QR design in a square or circle frame, and a flag for the country you come from. Drag the badge to see it move.

  3. 3

    Download and print

The file is sized for A6 badge holders, close to 4 x 6 inches, with the code large enough to scan from across a table.

For organizers

Name badges that keep working after printing

Badges go to the printer weeks before the doors open. A KuikCode on each one can still change where it opens, and shows you which badges got scanned.

Ideas

What the code on a badge can open

Attendees

The code opens their LinkedIn or their own KuikPage, so a scan replaces trading business cards.

Speakers

Slides, the talk page and a way to follow them, ready the moment the session ends.

Exhibitors and sponsors

A product page or a lead form at the booth, changed for every show without reprinting.

Staff and volunteers

The schedule, the venue map and the wifi, updated as the day changes.

FAQ

Event badge questions

01Is the event badge maker free?+

Yes. Design and download as many badges as you like, with no account and nothing to install. The badge is drawn in your browser and nothing you type is sent or saved.

02What size should I print the badge?+

The download is sized for A6 badge holders, 105 x 148 mm, close to the common 4 x 6 inch holders. Print at 100% on card stock. The code prints about 5 cm wide, comfortably above the size phones need.

03Will the QR code on my badge expire?+

No. The code on a downloaded badge opens the link you typed for as long as that link works. What it cannot do is change: to point a printed badge somewhere new, it has to be a dynamic code like a KuikCode.

04Can I make codes for every attendee at once?+

The badge maker makes one badge at a time. For a whole event, KuikCode creates the codes: bulk create turns a spreadsheet with one row per attendee into one designed code each, up to 100 a batch on PRO and 500 on Business, and gives you every code's artwork in a ZIP to place on your badge design in your design tool or your badge printer's software.

05Why is there a flag on my badge?+

It shows the country your connection comes from, as our hosting network reports it. Only the country is read, and it is not stored. Pick another flag or none in the form.

06Where should the code on a badge open?+

Somewhere useful in one tap: a LinkedIn profile for networking, a digital business card with Add to contacts, or a KuikPage with your links. For staff badges, the schedule or the venue map.
